Answer: As is stated in our order conditions: The products must be legal in the country you order from. All products we sell are legal in Holland, however we cannot check the legal status of a product in every single country. It is your responsibility to check the legal status of a product.
We cannot provide you with any information about how strict the customs of your country are. The laws and rules change too fast and we cannot keep the website up to date regarding this subject. We are very sorry about this.

Answer: We can answer your email, when written in English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese. Please note that emails in Spanish and Portuguese take a bit longer for us to translate, so for quick answers please write us in English, German, French or Dutch.

Answer: Yes, we have a product quality assurance guarantee. You can send back products you do not like, and you will refunded.
Please contact us first, before sending products back to us. We do not refund shipping costs, unless the goods are damaged upon arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible when you want to send back products, we do not refund orders after 31 days.
