Relexonline takes all responsibility for products which do not arrive or arrive damaged.
This means that you can return the damaged products.

All our products are packaged discretely and contain no logo`s or the name of our shop to ensure your privacy.
Track & Trace
Upon your order being mailed we will supply you with a Track & Trace number so that you can
follow your order.

Shipping time
For Europe, PostNL have a shipping time of 5-7 work days. Outside of Europe 5-25 Days.
Following your order
When you have ordered a product with us, we will keep you informed about your order via email.
Return Policy
Should your order be damaged or not be as described, then you can return your product to us.
Please add a note with your ordernumber and reason why you returned it, also add your bank account
or address so we can return your money. You have to notify us within 7 days of recieving your goods
that you would like to return your product.
