Shipping
We ship our products with the Dutch TPG-post following their actual pricelist. Relexonline takes all the responsabilties for products which do not arrive or arrive damaged. This means that you can returm the damaged products. When products are missing we will start an investigation together with TPG-post.

Packaging
We send our products discrete, no logo`s and not the name of our shop on the package.
Track & Trace
Upon your order being mailed we will supply you with a Track & Trace number so that you can follow your order.
(Only uptil the Dutch border)
Shipping time
For Europe TNG-post have a shipping time of 5-7 work days. Outside of Europe 5-25 Days.
Cash on delivery
We cannot send products with COD to customers outside the Netherlands.
